Refund policy
At CAST, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit your request. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns after this period.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the exact condition in which it was received
- It must not have been worn, washed, or used
- All original tags must be intact and attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and carefully protected
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues in case of loss or failed delivery.
Return and Exchange Procedure
All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to info@castofficiel.ch.
The entire process will then be managed by email, allowing us to confirm the eligibility of your request, check the availability of a replacement item if applicable, and coordinate all logistics.
For exchanges, processing will only begin once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Damaged Items or Order Errors
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@castofficiel.ch.
We will assess the issue as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
